Managing over a half a billion dollars in real estate, Mangold Property Management manages properties from major investors with assets in excess of $50,000,000 to clients with a single house to rent. Providing the same level of professional service to all our clients large and small, results in long term client retention. Many of our clients have been with us more than 25 years. Whether a local or absentee client, Mangold Property Management is able to respond to each of our 350 client’s individual needs.

Mangold Property Management employs a staff of eighty, including seven licensed Property Managers. Business office and resident management staff turn-over is minimal. History

Tom Mangold founded Mangold Property Management in 1982 after a career in the hotel management industry. After an 18 year mentorship with Tom Mangold, Craig Coming purchased Mangold Property Management in 2017 and continues the legacy of “Putting People and Places Together.” Craig Coming grew up in San Diego and worked in construction through high school and college. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Mr. Coming received his California Real Estate Salesperson License in 1999, and his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2002.

Mr. Coming is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and MCPOA (Monterey Commercial Property Owners Association). He continues to attend courses and seminars relating to the management of Real Property. An owner of several residential investment properties, Mr. Coming understands the need to maximize the return on the investment while protecting and enhancing the asset value of the investment.
